Buy a cheese dome and/or cake stand and use E6000 to glue a sturdy candlestick to the bottom. Chalk paint (using our cheap chalk paint recipe) and them distress with sand paper….add cupcakes!

Chalk paint is expensive but you can make your own cheap version. The popular home recipe calls for calcium carbonate powder which is very hard to find (I could only find it online)….but I mixed plaster of Paris with a small amount of water and then added that to the latex paint and it worked perfectly. Cheap “Chalk Paint”….
